Founded in the early 1990's by a consortium of professional backers, race readers and former bookmakers, The Winning Line has grown to be the UK's leading betting advisory service.

Regularly amongst the most profitable on the market, this extremely dedicated operation has been providing members with highly lucrative betting information for well over a decade. As a result of such success, the service was the first to be taken over by a Stock Market listed PLC and has become the benchmark by which many other services are measured.

results.gifIn terms of overall profitability, The Winning Line has generated well over £50,000 (to level stakes of £100 per bet) for each member during this period, equating to a more than useful second income.

This relates purely to horse racing information, including both Flat and National Hunt betting, making it an all year round service.

The team of professionals who run the operation advise, on average, three to four bets a week with information available to members either on a daily, standard rate telephone number, via a text messaging service or through email.

Specific betting advice, in terms of staking and the best prices available, is also given along with the daily betting information.

Beyond betting, The Winning Line also rose to prominence through an active interest in racehorse ownership. Starting in 1995 the service began recruiting racehorses from as far afield as New Zealand - as well as throughout Europe - and became one of the leading owners in the National Hunt code.

Group and Listed races were won as The Winning Line's yellow, white and black colours became a regular feature in the winner's enclosures up and down the country. In all the service has owned over 50 horses and amassed over £¾million in prize money.

Leading horses like Teeton Mill, General Wolfe and Stretarez provided members with the real thrill of ownership and big race victories such as the King George, the Hennessy Gold Cup and the Ormonde Stakes meant that plenty of silverware came their way.

Such close links to the racing world led to working associations with legends such as Lester Piggott, Grand National winning jockey Hywel Davies and a whole host of the country's top trainers - all helping to provide members with the best possible information.

More than that, The Winning Line has often led the industry in terms of development and innovation. The service was one of the first to make the move away from the expensive, premium rate style of the past to the more cost-effective and user friendly Private Service model which exists to this day

By adopting the technology of the time, The Winning Line were also amongst the first within the racing world to adopt the web design and internet technology that you see here. Add to that the use of late information pagers (now text messaging services) that many members use today.

In all, The Winning Line has stood the test of time. Constantly evolving to keep in tune with its members but remaining true to the motto that has served it well for so long - 'Winning isn't everything, it's the ONLY thing'.
